Erik Landswick
MPT, ATC
Erik received his Master of Physical Therapy degree in 1999 from Western University in Pomona, CA and his bachelor of science degree in Physiological Science from UCLA in 1993. He also received his certification in Athletic Training in 1994 from the National Athletic Trainers’ Association. Erik started Landswick Physical Therapy, Inc. in January 2004 with the goal of providing the best physical therapy care in the San Gabriel Valley. Erik also volunteers his time at St. Francis High School in La Canada, CA during the football season. Erik has taken extensive continuing education in Functional Manual Physical Therapy through the Institute of Physical Art and is working toward his certification as a Certified Functional Manual Therapist (CFMT). Erik lives with his wife and two children.
Charleen Gately
PT, DPT
Charleen earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Southern California. While at USC, Charleen has worked in diverse variety of clinical settings, including orthopedic rehabilitation, pelvic floor, pediatrics, and Pilates. She was a competitive gymnast and collegiate rower, which introduced her to physical therapy and sports medicine. In her spare time, Charleen coaches gymnastics to kids in the Santa Clarita Valley and enjoys going to Disneyland.
Denise Gonzales
PT Aide
Denise received her B.S. degree in Kinesiology from California State University, Fullerton, in 2019. She is in a Master of Occupational Therapy program. As an athlete, she has played a variety of sports, including softball, which is her main passion. She strives to help her patients improve their well-being. Denise is also a dog lover, spending her spare time with her two pups, Butch and Wyatt. She loves to go to the ballparks to give pitching lessons to young girls and help them improve their game and mechanics.
Kany Mikaelian-Carcamo
Administrative Manager
Kany’s passion has always been to work with people, which is why it led her to pursue her dreams of working in the medical field. Loves to be involved with others and make sure everyone she comes across is happy. She is a Medical Assistant and is currently enrolled at Pasadena City College to major in the Medical Administrative Management field. She became a new mommy to her baby girl and also has a handsome cat. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her husband and daughters, shopping, and going on food and park adventures.
Dan Woodworth

Dan has lived and worked in Pasadena for twenty six years. He is a graduate from Cal State Northridge and The Ola Grimsby Institue.
