Erik Landswick



Erik received his Master of Physical Therapy degree in 1999 from Western University in Pomona, CA and his bachelor of science degree in Physiological Science from UCLA in 1993. He also received his certification in Athletic Training in 1994 from the National Athletic Trainers’ Association. Erik started Landswick Physical Therapy, Inc. in January 2004 with the goal of providing the best physical therapy care in the San Gabriel Valley. Erik also volunteers his time at St. Francis High School in La Canada, CA during the football season. Erik has taken extensive continuing education in Functional Manual Physical Therapy through the Institute of Physical Art and is working toward his certification as a Certified Functional Manual Therapist (CFMT). Erik lives with his wife and two children.

Charleen Gately


Charleen earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Southern California. While at USC, Charleen has worked in diverse variety of clinical settings, including orthopedic rehabilitation, pelvic floor, pediatrics, and Pilates. She was a competitive gymnast and collegiate rower, which introduced her to physical therapy and sports medicine. In her spare time, Charleen coaches gymnastics to kids in the Santa Clarita Valley and enjoys going to Disneyland.

Carlos Delgado



Carlos received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from the University of the Pacific after earning his Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Exercise Science also from University of the Pacific. Carlos started at Landswick Physical Therapy in December 2018 with the goal of educating his patients to help enable them beyond their current injury, aid them to prevent future injuries, and improve their overall wellness. Personally, Carlos is an active individual who loves to enjoy the outdoors and maintain his fitness with regular hikes, workouts at the beach, and strength training.

Nelson Flores

Lead PT Aide


Nelson is a graduate from Southern California Health Institute where he received his Massage Therapy license and Sports Rehabilitation certification. Nelson is continuing his education in the medical field. He is a huge animal lover (has two turtles and a dog). In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family.    He also enjoys reading comic books, watching movies, and playing video games.

Denise Gonzales

PT Aide


Denise will be receiving her B.S degree in Kinesiology from California State University, Fullerton in 2019. She will continue her education in the medical field. She is an athlete and has played a variety of sports, including softball which is her main passion. She strives to help her patients improve in their well being. Denise is also a dog lover spending her spare time with her two pups Butch and Wyatt. She loves to go the ball parks to give pitching lessons to young girls and help them improve in their game and mechanics.

Christian Clark

PT Aide


Christian received his B.A. in Psychology and minor in Kinesiology from Occidental College in 2018. In addition to his studies, his time at Oxy consisted four years of collegiate football and student leadership with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship. Christian has been on staff with Landswick since July, 2018, adding to his clinical PT background which includes experience in both outpatient and inpatient settings. For fun, Christian enjoys spending time with family/friends and playing sports. It brings him great  joy to be a small part of each person’s rehabilitation process.

Kelley Alexander

Clinical Director


Kelley was born in Texas and moved to Los  Angeles in her teens. After high school, she followed in her parents footsteps and entered into the entertainment business, with a brief stop in book publishing where she worked with notable authors such as Timothy Leary and Betty Edwards. Kelley went on to produce many award winning plays with her then husband Del Shores. Her last two productions were her best – her two beautiful daughters, Rebecca and Caroline. Kelley’s passion for helping people made her move to health care administration, a natural fit. She has eight years of experience in this field and is grateful to have landed at Landswick Physical Therapy. In her free time, she enjoys reading, traveling, cheering for the Dodgers, and spending time with her family. Her new senior rescue dog, Baxter keeps her happy and very busy.

Kany Mikaelian-Carcamo

Front Desk-Scheduling Specialist


Kany’s passion has always been to work with people, which is why it lead her to purse her dreams of working in the medical field. Loves to be involved with others and making sure everyone she comes across with is happy. She is a Medical Assistant and is currently enrolled at Pasadena City College to major in the Medical Administrative field. She became a new mommy  to her baby girl and also has a handsome cat. In her spare time she writes a blog called Momma Kany, loves to spend time with her husband and daughter, shop, and loves going on food adventures.

Dan Woodworth


Dan has lived and worked in Pasadena for twenty six years. He is a graduate from Cal State Northridge and  The Ola Grimsby Institue. 


Marissa Jong



Marissa started playing basketball when she was in the 2nd grade, which jump started her drive for an active lifestyle. In 2014, she graduated from Cal State Long Beach with a B.S in Kinesiology- Exercise Science. She quickly found her passion for health, wellness, and healing, and received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from University of the Pacific. Marissa enjoys spending time with her loved ones, meeting new people, and exploring new places. Whether that involves hiking, going to the beach, watching movies, or (her favorite) eating, she will do anything for the people she cares about.

Amy Wu



 Amy Wu graduated from Chapman Univeristy with her B.S degree in Athletic Training. She is a Certified Athletic Trainer (National Atheltic Trainers Association) and has worked with many athletes in a varitey of sports settings. She has also worked in a variety of healthcare settings ranging from outpatient, professional sports to hospitals. She is currently on a Los Angeles based woman’s volleyball team that competes in national tournaments all around North America. She loves to go on food adventures therefore she mainly works out so she can eat more. She is currently attending a physical therapy graduate program to receive her Doctorate of Physical Therapy.

Daniel Baek

Daniel’s studying Kinesiology with an athletic training and a physical therapy emphasis at Pasadena City College and plans on furthering his education at the University of Long Beach State this fall. For fun, Daniel enjoys spending time with his family, loves traveling, hiking, and playing sports.
