Erik Landswick, MPT, ATC


Erik received his Master of Physical Therapy degree in 1999 from Western University in Pomona, CA and his bachelor of science degree in Physiological Science from UCLA in 1993. He also received his certification in Athletic Training in 1994 from the National Athletic Trainers’ Association. Erik started Landswick Physical Therapy, Inc. in January 2004 with the goal of providing the best physical therapy care in the San Gabriel Valley. Erik also volunteers his time at St. Francis High School in La Canada, CA during the football season. Erik has taken extensive continuing education in Functional Manual Physical Therapy through the Institute of Physical Art and is working toward his certification as a Certified Functional Manual Therapist (CFMT). Erik lives with his wife and two children.

Daniela Roark, PT, DPT, CSCS


Daniela received her B.S. in Kinesiology and Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Southern California, where she developed the manual skills to treat a wide range of orthopedic injuries. As a former USC basketball player she has extensive experience with being limited by injuries and working to return to sport. It is because of these personal experiences that Daniela enjoys helping others return to doing what they love. In her free time, Daniela enjoys surfing, cooking, triathlons, and travel. She is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (National Strength and Conditioning Association) and former Nike Training Club fitness instructor and personal trainer.

Brian Adams, PT, DPT


Brian received his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Southern California. His education provided knowledge of evidence for the benefits of manual therapy and promoted personal experience with its power in healing. Years of experience as a swimming coach/instructor exhibit his practice and insight into working with pediatrics as well as a keen understanding of proper swimming form, injury prevention, and aquatic therapy techniques. Brian has personal experience with injuries limiting work and recreational activity. These experiences directed him to the rehabilitation field to help foster in others full participation in life.



Nelson Flores, PT Aide



J. Thad Stracker, PT, DPT


Thad received his doctorate in physical therapy from the School of Biokinesiology and Physical Therapy at the University of Southern California in 2004. He was employed at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center from 2004 until 2006, at which time he joined the Landswick Physical Therapy, Inc. team in his hometown of Pasadena. He loves the challenge of tracing a biomechanical dysfunction to its source and finding the best way of eliminating it. Thad lives with his wife, two sons and cat. Amy Wu, ATC, PT Aide


Amy Wu received her B.S. degree in Athletic Training from Chapman University in 2013. She is a certified athletic trainer (National Athletic Trainers Association) and has worked in a variety of health care settings. She enjoys playing volleyball and hiking on the weekends. She aspires to become a physical therapist in the near future.

Kenny Kunisaki, ATC, PT Aide


Kenny Kunisaki is a BOC certified Athletic Trainer and received his B.S. in Athletic Training from Oregon State University in 2015. In addition to working for the OSU Athletic Training staff, he worked at different clinical sites including Crescent Valley High School and Western Oregon University. He enjoys being outdoors and his go to vacation spot is Mammoth Mountain. His favorite type of ice cream is cookie dough.
